Churchyard Management

Churchyards and Cemeteries are important places of peace and reflection for the church goers, relatives of the deceased and local people who visit them.  These sacred spaces are also important for the wildlife they shelter and support.  Many old churchyards were built on old meadows and some of these meadow plants can still be found.  Some of them are now quite rare, such as meadow saxifrage.

We can help with advice on appropriate management of these sites, so that the rare plants can be allowed to flower and set seed.
